When we get on the freeway, it’s several lanes wide and large, slow-moving semi-trucks stay over to the right. There’s a barrier in the middle to protect you from oncoming traffic. Outside of these populated areas, it’s a different story.
A single lane on each side of the road, with only a thin line of paint to separate them, is the rule in many parts of this country and many others. When you come upon a slower vehicle, your only options are to patiently drive behind them, or attempt a risky pass by driving in the oncoming lane. Samsung has devised a new system for their shipping trucks to try to make this process safer. View pics below:
